Really tired these few days. been having training like everyday. but well, it's for a good cause. i mean, there's only so little time i have in RP, just 3 years! so, i've decided to put everything from RP as a priority; studies and dragon boating. bring on the challenges! i'm ready!

Everyone from RPDB, we're counting down to CCWC! 12 more days before we leave Singapore! are you excited?! are you?! because i am! I AM EXCITED! can't wait to paddle beside the best of the best. the Filipinos, the Americans and so many more! Penang, here we come!

Never ever doubts on your capabilities. i've learnt that when running with Jiawei. i always doubted my running abilities, until i started running with him. it's good have friendly cmopetitions, especially with someone who's better than you. for myself, running with Jiawei realy pushes me to my max, and sometimes over. my timing for running has improved everytime i ran with him. and for a fat guy like me, i feel a sense of accomplishment because i can run with mr lightweight. it's a great great feeling. simply wonderful.

Can a relationship be without love? from personal experience, the answer would be no. 2 people can't be together happily without love. you see, in a relationship, love would be the most important between the 2 parties. when choosing a partner, always choose one that loves you. someone told me once before, it's not how much you love the person, but how much the person loves you.

Even if you're rich, you will still be considered poor without love. meaningful. look at the richest people in this world. not all of them are happy. only those with love are the real happy ones. money doesn't make the world go round, love does.
